We want to highlight the importance of having that supportive partner, friend or group of mums who helps us see the light on those tough days – to laugh when we want to cry and help us realise that we are not alone.

We know that supporting a friend or loved one, or opening up about your own motherhood challenges can be tough. But it's important to remember that you're not alone, and asking for help is always okay.
MALTESERS are here to support all mums, making sure they feel recognised and seen. Let's work together to create a community where we can all lean on each other, lift each other up and find the lighter side of motherhood.
ABOUT MALTESERS & MAMA TRIBE
At MALTESERS, we want to lift women up and build resilience by laughing together through the tough stuff. For the last few years we've been working with Mama Tribe to support new and expectant mums through motherhood. Together, we're shining a light on the importance of having that friend, partner, or group of other mums who can help us manage the unmanageable and see the lighter side of life. With the help of Mama Tribe we want to celebrate these people. We want to thank them for helping us find the funny in a bad day and for being there for us when we need them.
It's time to bring women together and laugh through the tough stuff. Because when we talk and get things off our chest, motherhood feels lighter together.

Mama Tribe is a national grassroots community movement, with over 80,000 members in 45+ locations across Australia. They are an inclusive and welcoming mama-led community, connecting mums at all stages of motherhood for friendship and support. They remain rallied behind a mission to ensure no mum is lonely, isolated or without support #nomumleftbehind. As the community platform of the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE), together they create bigger and better support systems for mothers across Australia.
